CNC machining centres featuring Panotec EVO technology, robotic assembly with millimetre-level precision and multi-axis drilling systems work in tandem with a smart warehouse managed using Biesse’s automated logistics system. Automated packaging lines complete the process and ensure safe shipments worldwide.

The process that takes a project from start to finish is divided into three closely linked stages, designed to ensure continuity and precision from the very first step to the very last.
It all begins with production: each item is mass-produced and subjected to rigorous quality control to ensure it is in perfect condition before dispatch.
This is followed by the delivery and on-site logistics stage, during which the items are distributed floor by floor, transported on pallets or in containers, and each one is labelled according to its destination flat: a system that maintains order and traceability even in the most complex projects.
The final stage is installation and assembly, carried out by four teams comprising sixteen people, or managed by a single site supervisor: it is here that the turnkey project reaches its culmination, transforming the delivered materials into finished, ready-to-use spaces.
